Problem solved by updating the BIOS from A06 to A10 ( latest version)

Downloaded an executable file from Dell for updating (or flashing) the BIOS. The file works on a number of different versions of Windows. The installation is completely automatic. When the installation is finished a message shows ‘Installation Successful’, and the programme will automatically reboot the computer. Only necessary to exit all open programmes before starting.
